Had reservations as early as 6 and two of us ordered the chicken only to be told they had run out already! Only other no beef choice was snapper. My husband had the steak and it was just ok. All meals very overpriced for the quality. Service was poor; understaffed. My husband asked to split the 12 oz steak with my 10 yr old and we had to ask for a second plate so they wouldn’t have to eat off the same plate. More like a diner with 4 star prices. Will never return.

We were sat in the corner, our waitress was nice but our rib eyes which had been order medium rare came out blue(rare), potato’s were cold, we ordered drinks when we first ordered and got them with the main course. Our waitress only checked on us once.We had finished, stacked our plates and had to flag down the waitress for our bill. Pretty disappointed for the price of the meal and the ratings this place had.

Cocktails were terrific! Best Irish coffee! The bartender Sean was great, friendly and paid attention to detail when mixing up his drinks! Chocolate Bundt cake dessert was also fab! Highly recommend.

Sorry for the extremely low score but just want to be honest here.We made a reservation for 8 people at 8pm days ago with confirmed information. We arrived on time at 7:55pm and wait until 8:25pm with NO sign of being seated at all.This is a reservation not a walk in. We were told the table is not ready and the kitchen is backed up. Terrible treatment as well. Understaff is unfortunate but giving reservation hope is quite sad.

I have never left a Yelp review before, and do not like to do so especially if it is negative. However, I am hoping that leaving this review will be helpful in improving the customer service and restaurant experience, and be seen as a learning opportunity for this restaurant and their future customers.My party and I were looking forward to eating here tonight. It was a nice atmosphere with a friendly hostess, and our waitress was pleasant in the earlier part of our experience.When it was time to order, I ordered the vegetable fusilli pasta dish after attempting to order the half roasted chicken in which the waitress shared that they no longer had the roasted chicken available for the evening. The pasta dish arrived but was highly over-seasoned and very salty to the point of it becoming unpalatable, not just by me, but by others who tasted my dish in our party. We brought that to the attention of our waitress who replied that she guessed that I should have gone with the mushroom polenta dish and questioned if we still wanted to take the fusilli home. We respectfully declined. Nothing more was stated. My husband shared part of his dish with me, but we both left still hungry.Needless to say, after the experience with my meal, as well as my daughter's meal which was forgotten from ordering it earlier, and my other daughter's drink was missing, we do not plan on returning anytime soon. We originally planned on ordering dessert as well before this whole experience, but instead we went to the grocery store to get dessert, and to supplement our meals. Interesting enough, we experienced better customer service at the grocery store.

Good service. We had the roast chicken, Brussel sprouts, French fries and white bean dip with flat bread. The bean dip was okay and everything else was good. The chicken was perfectly roasted with a nice crispy skin.
