Older lady that wears a mask there is the rudest employee I’ve ever come across. I guess she’s the manager there but she shouldn’t even be employed. If you hate your job so much then maybe it’s time to find a new one.

It was a raining Saturday afternoon and we decided to order pizza. Ordered 5 items for pickup. Btw I only had cash. I get there, try to pay and they didn't have change of 100 when my total was 43$. Which establishment doesn't not carry cash on the weekend. Especially a fast food like dominoes. It was pretty upsetting leaving without our order. I had to order from somewhere else.

I order dominos a couple of times a week from other branches too. This Branch in Tujunga, always has an issue. Today it topped it. Ordered three chickens and bread. Upon Pickup they had no carry bags, no napkins or any utensils. I walked there so I had to bring it all back and try balancing. When I got back to my office, the chicken wings were half burned and very small Peaces. Will never go back to that shop as there is always an issue.

I placed an order around 1pm and at 1:24pm the pizza was out for delivery and around 1:55pm I got a message the pizza was delivered but it never got delivered so I called I talked to some guy on the phone. He said it was an air. The pizza came back to the store and they resent it out. Waited 10 minutes even though they're only two blocks down the street, the pizza never came, my wife called talk to someone they told her the pizza never left the store and they and they were sending it out. We waited, waited and never came. She still on the phone with them. Someone else on the phone asked so they could help like they didn't know what was going on at all, I ordered pizza at 1 o'clock and it's 218 and I never got my delivery at all. Do not trust Domino's. They play stupid on the phone. I would highly recommend going somewhere else the workers there are very unprofessional and probably need to lose their jobs and be replaced.

I would like to inquire about a horrible experience at one of your locationI’ve been a loyal client of yours for years and this is not seating well with me being that I’m a working mother of triplets and left my oldest 22yrs of age babysitting my little ones so I can come to work. I figure it would be easy to order pizza for my kids but your staff in Sunland on foothill in California are so vulgar, disrespectful and unprofessional bad representation of dominosMy entire family has been a loyal client of yours what a nightmare…. Spoke to Mabel myself in which she stated she’s the STORE MANAGER… They yelled @ my daughter & advised her to go pick up the pizza herself from the location is she wanted the order so badly but that it will be cold

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered food found a fly cooked into it and when I called to let them know they offered me a credit but I never even got an apology. The manager was an jerk. Ordered 9/1/23 at 1pm.

I purchased pizza at 9:50 pm as delivery .after 45 min still showing on my app quality check and been calling store for 10 min and no one answers then I called chose option 1 someone answered to take my order asking her about my order she replied we are not the store just taking orders . After Waiting 1:20 minutes I decided to go to store find out what happens . The store was closed and only 1 person inside knocking the door the employee came to the door saying we are close . I said I have order she said pickup I said no delivery . She went back checked I see my pizza was sitting there . She said I was waiting for delivery guy to come and bring your pizzas . I said at least you could answer the phone calls she said I'm the only one here and if it is only one employee clock in the phones don't ring . I brought the pizza home it was cold already .I had this frustrations situation with stress .After taking my pizza text came to me that Gregor is on the way for delivery

The delivery guy keeps getting mad at us because our building doesn’t have an elevator. It’s only 3 floors, why would it have an elevator? It’s also rude that he cursed at my husband and yelled at my 14 year old. If we have to deal with this man, we will no longer order from you because we don’t need to deal with this.
