This place was so hot the ice cream was melting … I feel bad for guy that’s working! The owner doesn’t want fix the ac clearly also understaffed! Someone help this place or get some ac for those working people

I'm a big baskin robbins lover. Drove from Southern California, had to stop here. Was different as it shared property with another business, pretty cool. Came in and loved how they had all flavors and many options on cones. We loved them

After looking all around Tulare for a cake we tried a few places I finally started calling around to no avail we live in Bakersfield and I needed a cake. I then saw baskin robbins and called them the phone was disconnected. I really like these ice cream cakes. So I told my wife that we would drive by it was only a half mile away.
