“Its so horrible how people want to defame everyone because they feel offended. I was there the day the manager had an incident with a super rude customer claiming her daughter was autistic. She was told in a calm manner to please restrain her child and prevent her from entering the kitchen. And then the customer begins to cuss accusing the manager of descriminating against her child. She still apologies to the customer who then procedes to toss soda everywhere and tell her to clean up after her. As if that wasn't enough she begins to toss fries and nuggets all over the place. After all of this she then pull out her phone and starts saying she's descriminating against her daughter. These employees don't get paid enough to deal with problematic customers. The manager still proceeded to give her a refund for all the food she just threw everywhere and the rude customer proceeds to threaten to get her fired. She should definitely look in to defamation law. Rude customers have to be held accountable for their actions too. If she is fired she should definitely talk to a lawyer. Defamation is a real thing and too many people get away with their one sided stories.“

Food is mostly given cold. Regardless if I order for dine-in or take out.
Thee other negative comment has to do with thee BK App. I hate how I earn points & just because I don't use them in a certain time period they go expired.“
