The apple fritters are huge, crispy, creamy, tart, and sweet all in one bite and just perfection. The old fashioned have a lovely orange and spice flavor that brings some tangy bite. “Be aware the breakfast sandwiches here are huge! My husband and I stayed nearby before heading into sequoia for a few nights. We stopped by here to grab an early morning breakfast and we were blown away by the massive size of their breakfast sandwiches. We easily could have shared one between the two of us and been more than satisfied. We also grabbed a bacon donut and it was perfectly delicious!“
“This was my first time going here, I had never been to any of the locations but chose the one on Mooney since it had better reviews and was open a little later. Let me tell you it will not disappoint. My mom picked up these donuts around 11:00 am and I got a chance to eat them around 2:40 pm. I thought they would have been hard by the time I ate them but they were super soft and delicious. I took these to my school for my birthday celebration and everyone was saying how delicious they were. Although if you’re looking to buy a bunch of donuts or a specific donut I would go in early just to make sure they have them. My favorite donut was definitely the sugar even though it’s their least popular. “Stopped by looking for a late late breakfast after staying at the Hampton Inn across the street. Ordered egg and cheese bagel and got a few doughnut too. The sandwiches were hot, fresh and really yummy. The doughnuts were fresh and not at all greasy. Next time I'm in the area I will stop by.“
“I have tried a-lot of the donuts shops in Visalia, since I moved here 8 years ago. Yes their choices is limited when you wake up late and yes they put donuts in separate bags, ask for a box for heaven sake's. This is not a coffee shop, so don't expect Starbucks and if you feeling get hurt because they don't make small talk go to Dutch... This is a Veteran owned donut shop, the baker retired, he had to learn how to bake in a couple weeks and he is there everyday working hard. I go more than once every week to support this military family. Great attitude when I see him in the mornings and his wife always smiling. Donuts are delicious and the cream cheese danish hits the spot on my mornings commute to work .“
“Went here on a weekday morning. Place was pretty busy around 750am. Parking is very ample.Usually I get their bear claws (which I highly recommend), but I went ahead with a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Croissant Sandwich along with a mini chocolate donut. Although the presentation of the sandwich isn't the most appealing the taste makes up for it. Despite it being pressed, you still get some flake from the bread. There was some butter in there too, and the protein combo in it went well together. The mini chocolate donut was good too.Overall, a great place to come for your donut and sandwich needs. It's a husband and wife team that work perfect together and are efficient. If you pay with a card there's an extra fee, so bring cash to avoid this. Interior needs work, but this is a get-and-go place, so it's somewhat irrelevant.“
“I do door dash and this place is always busy! When I pick up an order the donuts in the window look amazing and fresh. They always smell amazing too. Today, My mom and myself got to try them out. When you see these donuts, they're bigger and fluffier than most donut places. You can tell just by the way they look they're amazing. They have a wide variety of donuts to choose from and also croissants. The first bite of my chocolate bar was out of this world good. This is hands down the best donut I have ever tasted. They're not greasy and very fluffy and big. I could not put this donut down it was so good. My mom felt the same way. Now I know for a fact why they're so busy. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The only downside is there is not a lot of parking, they do have a drive thru but only two cars can really fit. Don't let that stop you!! “This little donut shop in Farmersville is a great place to get some fast cheap breakfast. I'm giving it 5 stars because of their speed and great value along with decent quality. The best value of all in my opinion is their breakfast burrito for $2.75. It's a perfect size with I'm guessing about a 3 egg scramble including bacon and ham. I usually have them throw in some hashbrowns too. They put the tortilla on the flat top and heat it up as well which is critical for a good burrito. Again, I want to clarify that I'm not giving this place 5 stars because it's the best breakfast place around but more because of the quickness, decent quality and great value.“
“Don't ask me why, but after a hard weightlifting session I go for a protein shake and a single donut. I grew up in Visalia and Tulare and recently moved back. I thought I had been to most donut places. Like a lot of people I grew up on Scotty's. However, I popped in here after my work out for the first time and I can say without a doubt these are the best donuts in Visalia and Tulare. Highly underrated establishment. Just go please it's so good I ate in my car in the parking lot like a rat and almost ran in for 6 more. Can't wait to go back.“
“Honestly, I wasn’t too sure what to expect when going in. I have anxiety so going to new places always makes me nervous, but everyone recommended I try Mochido so I had to try it. I wasn’t disappointed! I loved the vibe and the decor. The wall they have is so cute, I made sure to take a pic lol. They have so many drinks, I was a bit overwhelmed but one of the girls working there was super patient and gave me recommendations based off what I liked. She told me her name was Sara and she was so helpful. I ended up going with the fall fruit tea she suggested and I loved it! Thank you Mochido, I’ll be sure to come back!“
“If you’re not from the area, I suggest coming VERY early. Most of the locals work early morning shift so the donuts are made fresh at 4 am every day. Usually by 11-12 most of the donuts are already eaten, and by 12:30 there are no more so they usually close early. There are a LOT of donuts to choose from if you’re there very early. If you can, I suggest coming at 5 or 6 am if possible to get the selection that the locals usually see. I’ve traveled to lots of donut shops in the U.S. and these continue to be my absolute very favorite. The best flavors are the classics because they’ve been perfected over the years. Lovely, soft and delicious donuts for sure!“
