I eat at Black Bear Diner in Tulare at least three days a week, every week since August of 2025, Excellent service, Good Food, and HOT HOT Coffee. Being a diabetic and a strict diet

Great food, very quick service, and adorable decor. Stopped by on our trip from NJ and we liked it so much we came back twice! Very highly recommended Black Bear Diner!
Excellent experience. Went with my family after a long hike out of sequoias. Warm and hospitable. Giant delicious servings.
