love black oak ... especially the players club benefits! free play and free food ...and if you go the right day .. free room ... great for a mini get away ... and just a day trip too . we don't always win ...but we always have a. great time .!
I haven't had a free play offer in like 2 months. For the amount of money spend I though I would get some decent comps but nope. Food is amazing here. slots are alright.
Unsafe and inappropriate for families. Parents beware. This is a beautiful park with lots of amenities but that's about it. We took our young children to the water park and there was a woman strip dancing and showing inappropriate body parts in her hotel window. Instead of addressing it, 3 staff members stood around enjoying the show while all the parents were mortified. I reported to security that I was upset about what my children were exposed to and no one seemed to care.
