“Came this morning for a quick Breakfast with my girlfriend and was blown away by the service as well as the food . I ordered the Mississippi platter and wasn’t disappointed I don’t know who the Cooks are but they deserve a raise . I was helped by a girl named “ Hope “ and her service was excellent . I’ll be returning soon I appreciate It !“

“First time visiting in Arlington Texas. We came on a Sunday after church. We waited about 30 mins which was ok considering. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Kyleigh was our server and she has an amazing spirit ❤️. Very kind hearted and sweet. She offered very good suggestions. I'm from Louisiana and wanted to try this place. It states that it is southern cooking with a California twist. Although the food was very delicious, I'd have to say I tasted more California than anything. Hey, that's not a bad thing though. I'm always interested in trying different twist on southern style/Cajun styles. Overall, we enjoyed it and we'll bring the rest of the family. Great food and atmosphere. Thanks again Kyleigh!! “Hadn’t been to this IHOP in a while (ok, years) and went in today; it was a good experience. The hostess (Quiquis) and server (Criselda) were so nice and attentive to us/our table. We didn’t wait long for our food and it was tasty once it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to notice they expanded their menu quite a bit. I’ll be back to try the Chicken Biscuit Sandwich next time I’m craving a comforting breakfast“

“First time here. In town visiting my wife’s family, I was up early and wanted to grab a bit. This is a hidden little jem! Very clean, friendly, seems to be family run. I will gladly come back again to try other things from their menu! A+ in my book!“

“Ate there for breakfast with my sister and niece who had never ate there and they loved it. I believe they are open until 2pm or 3pm. They also sell lunch items. Restaurant is got a Louisiana Bayou decor. Staff was friendly and helpful and food is hot and Amazing.“

“We had a really great experience at this IHOP in Ceres. The service was friendly, and the food was delicious. I especially loved the Big Steak. It was cooked really well and I appreciated the suggestion to add avocado to my omelet, which made it even better.

We came in as a large family, but everything still came out quickly and smoothly. Our server, Dustin, was very polite and attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout our visit.
