“One of the best breakfast/ brunch spots I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend!
My friend that lives in Gilroy showed me this spot and I’ve been telling my friends in Salinas about it! (I live in Salinas).
The food is amazing! And the mimosas are so good!! 🔥
The only complaint would be is that they only have one restroom 🚻 for both genders. So sometimes there is a line when they get busy.“

“Blazing Bagels is genuinely one of the best spots around, but what really makes this place stand out is Mousa Abu. This guy deserves a raise, a promotion, and honestly his own statue outside the restaurant. The customer service was absolutely incredible—Mousa was friendly, welcoming, fast, and made the whole experience 10x better. You can tell he takes his job seriously and actually cares about every customer. If you come to Blazing Bagels and Mousa is working, you already know you're in good hands. Absolute legend. 11/10 experience solely because of Mousa.“

“Good food, good service, a small family owned and operated Local Ranch style restaurant, Delicious Mexican style and traditional breakfast, the menudo is a WOW so as the special Ribeye steak and eggs… If you are in this area of Morgan hill, Gilroy or if you are passing thru San Martin, stop by you will not be disappointed it’s a little country style spot with a big heart..!!“
“We were seated and served very swiftly. Customer service was very friendly. Large portions of very good food. I’m very picky with breakfast spots so this was surprisingly one of the best. When I asked to take my latte home the server gave me a freshly made new one to take home on the house. Wonderful experience.“

“Best donuts in town. The buttermilk donuts are my favorite while my boys love the chocolate bars. We even took them to Arizona for the boys. Service is always great and we love supporting small family run business. Give them a try in the morning while they are still fresh. You will love them.“
