“Morning of 8/22/26 Luis G was one of our servers. I say “one of” because you can see Stacks employees Redwood City work as a team. As always my Lumberjack Pancakes were delicious! The coffee was very tasty. We finished the pot and were offered more just as the last drop was poured. Luis brought me my wheelchair and assisted as needed assuring me I was not “holding up traffic” Thank you Stacks! You never let me down!“

“It was an early Saturday morning when I went to Eskina restaurant in Redwood City. I was seated right away and asked what I wanted to drink. I ordered tea and got it right away. The menu is very diverse and I couldn't make up my mind about which omelet I wanted. I decided on an old favorite...ham and cheese. I sipped my tea and placed my order with a very attentive waiter who knew the menu and told me what today's specials were. I didn't have to wait long before I was served a beautiful omelet that was worth waiting for. However, I didn't see as much cheese as I expected. That was a let down. Also I was asked multiple times if I wanted coffee which was very annoying. I do recommend Eskina for a delicious breakfast. Too bad I'm not a coffee drinker. They offer a beautiful cinnamon coffee. You will be pleasantly surprised if you decide to try this undiscovered local gem of a breakfast place. I enjoyed my breakfast which came with delicious potatoes and toast and all the fixins.“

“Ordered the big steak omelette and pancakes.
Good portion. Great service always by Jason and Neri.
These guys are always prompt and have a can do attitude.
The pancakes are great, but the quality needs to improve when we ask for added strawberries and bananas as toppings.
