I originally came in after a workout to check it out, and was surprised to find they use good quality protein that I have had good experiences with in the past. Their shake sizes are very generous and filling, and made with care for sure. I loved the Peanut Butter Mazapan and the Cafe. Everyone here is very friendly and warm, and oriented towards health.
