I hesitated from visiting several months ago during its opening because of the reviews that said they don't have it together yet, and seemed like ghost kitchen fare. Chinese food is so broken in SoCal with so many places in LA using ghost kitchens and false ingredients. Flawless. 14 of us were taken care of amazingly. Bravo to the management. Excellent food and a fun atmosphere.
First of all the ambiance and service here are all definitely 5 stars!! Beautiful dining room and bar lounge area. Great drinks and yummy food. The only reason the food didn't get 5 stars is that 2-3 of my bites of dimsum were just okay. Didn't blow me away. The things that were GREAT were the bao buns and the shrimp shumai (is that how you spell it?) But unfortunately the soup dumplings, the pretty ones in all the different colors, all tasted the same despite being different...read full review
