Went to Palette a number of times, their service and food are always great, and for a much more affordable price than other dimsum options!

It's a good dim sum place, A level tier, probably one of the best in OC since the only other alternative is JZhou as there are not that many top level dimsum in OC. Almost all their dimsum items are good. Their lo mai Kai is outstanding. The only odd stuff the orange fish roe on their shiumai is cooked fully, where other places usually leave it raw to have the nice orange color and texture.
