“First time to a Taco Bell in over a decade. I ordered on the app and picked it up in the drive-thru. Ordering on the app had no apparent value in terms of speed of order preparation. Some stupid AI bot tried to take my order or something when I first got there. It was like trying to yell at an auto attendant on the phone to get them to put a human on the speaker.
I haven't had Taco Bell for a while because I prefer del Taco. I still do. Taco Bell's taco meat is just a little too rank. I will say: their offerings were fairly filling, especially with a discount for using the app for the first time.
I will probably only go back for the same reason I chose it this time: it was the most convenient thing on the way home and I didn't want to get out of my car“

The staff greeted me right away and made sure my order was correct before handing it out, which I really appreciate. The restaurant was clean, including the dining area and drink station, and everything looked well-stocked. I tried the Crunchwrap Supreme and a Baja Blast, and both were fresh and delicious — the lettuce was crisp, and the tortilla was perfectly toasted. The only small suggestion I’d have is to double-check that sauces are included in takeout bags, since mine didn’t have any. Other than that, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon.“
