The place is good. But not great. Prices are good, food is good. They need to keep more staff employed. Dining room is dirty with litter on the floor and only a few working behind the counter, aka, not enough for demand. Used to be better.

A little messy inside, but consistent with their food, and coffee. It’s like an elevated lees sandwich, but parking sucks. Only dinging a star because the inside looks like it could use 10 minutes of freshening up or cleaning up.

Their Banh Mis are great. Just know that if you eat vegetarian, despite their very large selection, you only have two choices of sandwiches and all their other dishes and sides contain meat or fish.

I place the order two days in advance and when I went to pick it up, it was not ready. I had to wait 45 minutes for sandwiches to be made. What is the point of calling an order in? The food was great but the service was not.

This is the banh mi spot I grew up with. Practically my childhood This place always has a line, but it disappears in seconds. I miss eating here, and always come back when visiting family. Love THH <3

You can order food, but they never have everything on the menu available. Also they annoyingly have a huge drink menu up, but state they do not make drinks anymore. Only iced coffees. If they don't offer the drinks anymore, why have the menu up on display? Ignorant!
