I first ate at The Halal Guys on the street in Manhattan and immediately counted it as one of my go to places to eat. The red sauce adds the right kick to the combo platter, which is almost a two-meal entree. Great portions, great flavors, and worth the fair price.
First time having a falafel and I’m hooked. DELICIOUS!!!
This location is not what it used to be. Our chicken had a taste and texture that reminded me of meat that sat out in open air for too long. Our fries soaked up too much oil, which is a bummer because this location used to have the best fries in the area. That said, the food tastes fine, but it’s not outstanding.
The soda machine is in dire need of maintenance/replacement. It looks like it has some sort of hard water stains all over the drain catch.
