Great ice cream and friendly staff but terrible music station that is way to loud. Country music is not a good choice when trying to play something for everyone.

Horribly rude and nasty customer service, I asked the dude at the front counter how his day was and he flat out ignored me. I didn’t even feel comfortable ordering anymore so I just left. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Service is good, portion size is small for the price. For 5 ice creams our total was over $70. Our dinner wasn’t even that much a couple miles down the road.

My husband and I have stopped by here so many times and haven’t gone in because it’s always the same guy getting the ice cream but without gloves. we’ve watched him touch the ice cream after wiping the sweat off his forehead. you should always have gloves or at the very least practice hand hygiene by washing your hands between orders. he doesn’t. what if someone isn’t just a germafob but has food allergies? it’s not sanitary and very off putting. I hope they get reevaluated by the manager or the health department.

Writing a new review since Google doesn't allow us to comment after the owner makes their remarks on our reviews. I understand rising labor and how hard it is to run a business, I have three small businesses. Having one worker is absolutely insane when your line is at the door and four delivery drivers are waiting on pick ups and your employee didn't even start those yet. You want to mention delivery which is hilarious because I'm a delivery driver and every single time, it's a disaster here. I'm not the only person who feels this way. Hiring more people. Plain and simple. Figure it out. Maybe change locations to lower your lease overhead. This is the same business owner who refused to get Air Conditioning for their employees and one guy quit and pretty sure he reported it to corporate/OSHA because weeks later, they installed AC units on the roof. I was told by that employee the owner refuses to get ACs. It's 115 outside and you operate a cream shop which was all over 80+ degrees last summer. It's fixed now but that says everything. Maybe sub-lease the gift shop section if it's not profitable and get another corporate entity to help with the lease.

Stopped by for an ice cream after a hike in the park with my girlfriend and we were both pretty disappointed. There was only one employee in the whole store when we arrived and we waited probably 5-10 minutes for him to handle to-go orders. When he made our ice creams, he didn’t put a lot of care into putting the right amount of toppings in, and we both thought the ice cream was a little bland and melted quickly. The seating area was a little off-putting, weird table arrangement and sterile silence in the store, so we opted to eat in our car. The spoons were also incredibly small and flimsy which was the nail in the coffin for us. Definitely had higher expectations for a Cold Stone.

The past 4x I have tried going in for milkshakes and there’s always a run out of milk or machine broken . That by no means is on the employees at all . However RANDY helped me out tonight and helped me create a special night ! Despite who she was working with tonight a younger girl that had probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced . Randy went above and beyond to help me out she knew I was unable to get them the past couple times . And the girl she was working with even interrupted my order saying they were out of the icecream yet it magically appeared as Randy was helping me . I hope Randy is tremendously valued as a team member and deserves a PAY RAISE and the other girl deserves a lesson on customer service :) other than that great experience ! Thank you Randy !!!!

The hours online say open until 9 the sign in the window said open until 9. We walked in at 7:59 and we were told they would not take our order because they were closing in 30 seconds. I said oh really it says that you are open until 9 online and the the cashier told me they have signs all over the window. The only sign I saw was for people to please not uninate on the property. We drove 30 minutes I would think that they would have changed their hours and that they would update their hours online.
The worker behind the counter was a little rude and had an attitude. The ice cream is ok, but it melts very fast. The seating is just an empty room with small tables and chairs and does not bring me joy.
Parking: There's one parking lot they share with the McDonald's next door.

I immediately cancelled my order after I found this out, everyone with common sense should never buy anything from this place or it's franchise owner. The franchise owner of this location is price gouging their customers. The "ready made quarts" and the other quarts are the exact same things, except all the other quarts, are all more expensive, but have the same things, except, the "ready made" has no added toppings, whereas with the other quarts, you can choose to add other types of toppings, for a fee for each additional topping. If you do not add anything else to your other quart, it will still be more expensive, than the "ready made" quarts, even though, they're both the exact same ice cream. **$6/difference per quart.

Maybe I went on an off day but we just moved here and I always loved going to cold stone where I’m from. It was 110 outside and they had no AC - it was hotter inside than outside. There was a funky smell and fans so loud I could barely talk over them. The ice cream was mostly melted in the containers and within 60 seconds (by the time I paid and sat down with my daughter) it was soup. We both ended up tossing ours and going somewhere else. I won’t be returning.
