We ordered the special with 3 Big pieces of catfish, Fried Okra bites yum. Big Spicy shrimp. Hush puppies perfect.
We also ordered: Banana pudding OMG. layered with nilla wafers. All good. Maybe a bit too salty.
Ready in 15min. This is take out ONLY. It’s in the back of a gas station market with no tables. Kitchen was clean! Wish they had a special Sunday gumbo too. Overall, we loved it!

Visiting from out of town and thought I’d try this place. It was the best soul food I’ve ever had. I placed an online order and the owner called me directly to help find a substitute for an item they ran out of. I order a lot of takeout and that’s the best customer service experience I’ve heard of. Im a big fan of hush puppies and these are now my favorite. I’d also recommend the tilapia, it was delicious.
Best soul food I have ever had!!!!! Highly recommend if you like fairly priced, mouth watering soul food!! Placed a takeout order and it was done within 15 minutes. We got tilapia, chicken tenders, catfish, hushpuppies, okra, and jalapeño poppers. All of it was the best food I have ever eaten. The cashier was so kind and I loved the energy they put out!! This kind of customer service is hard to come by these days! I will be back tomorrow!!
Fish-a-licious offers excellent food with highlights like fried shrimp, catfish, onion rings, and fried okra. The fish and shrimp tasted fresh, the batter was perfectly seasoned, and it was not greasy. The meal is truly delicious and it is strongly recommended to anyone who wants good southern fried seafood. Food is prepared to-go with no dining area. Despite a few critiques, many find the drive from San Diego worthwhile. The people who run the place are friendly and the great quality food is worth the wait, so it is best to order ahead.
