Cold Stone Creamery is a welcoming spot that offers delicious ice cream and exceptional customer service. Friendly employees ensure that orders are ready and take care of any additional needs with a smile. The store is clean and well-organized, making it a great place to visit with family, as one reviewer shared about bringing their kids to check out the ice cream flavors. While some customers have noted issues, such as running out of milk for milkshakes or slow service from certain staff, others have highlighted employees like Randy, who go above and beyond to create a special experience. The staff is happy to assist with special requests, including creating custom cakes for celebrations. Despite some challenges, Cold Stone Creamery remains a great spot to enjoy a tasty treat and a pleasant experience. The seating area features small tables and chairs, and parking is available in a shared lot with the nearby McDonald's.
