The past 4x I have tried going in for milkshakes and there’s always a run out of milk or machine broken . That by no means is on the employees at all . However RANDY helped me out tonight and helped me create a special night ! Despite who she was working with tonight a younger girl that had probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced . The worker behind the counter was a little rude and had an attitude. The ice cream is ok, but it melts very fast. The seating is just an empty room with small tables and chairs and does not bring me joy.

My visit Sunday around noon was very memorable - I was the only customer there when I arrived. Both employees were very friendly and we had a great chat about silly pet cats and birds. The ice cream was delicious as expected for Coldstone. The friendly conversation was a total bonus. I'm sorry I didn't catch their names, but thanks for being so welcoming!
