Let me start by saying this is the easiest 5-star rating I've ever given. Swing by JD after finishing dinner at another local spot. Despite the time and knowing the chances were slim, a buddy and I decided we wanted to push our luck and maybe get hands on some donuts. We got the saucy ramen — although I wish I had 2 or 3 weeks in 29 Palms to work my way through the menu because everything looked great. Our food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly. Take note, though — they only take cash. Be sure and stop by for donuts too. They’re great.Kid-friendliness: All kids love donuts, and there are options here (like burgers) that even picky eaters will like.
