Can confirm there is a 5 star chef in there. Onion rings, flaky, and cooked to perfection. Thank you for making my 1st time tasting fried zucchini memorable. Service impeccable. I recommend anyone passing thru the area to choose John’s Place!

Recommended by the receptionist girl at Motel 6 where we had just stayed, we enjoyed everything! Breakfast Top and varied, local quite new and clean and the girls who served us were very kind. If you pass by it deserves a stop to eat something or drink even just a coffee

It is for two reasons that I highly recommend this diner right on the main road through town. The first is the food, which for us were a hearty breakfast so good we came back the next morning and then ordered take-away dinner one night. The second is the incredibly friendly staff. They made us feel like long-unseen friends.
