Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My go to order is 2 piece / mashed potatoes (no gravy) and a lemonade.
Only once I got my order wrong but they were friendly and willing to fix it which made me happy, i usually place my orders once i arrive to the location and most of the time its ready in few min. Couple times have to wait for fresh chicken but it was worthy

I always have a good experience in this location , the manager is knowledgeable of the bad experience others have , sadly people do not fully understand how the food industry works.

Absolutely diabolical place, ordered food online and was meant to pick up at a specific time. They never got the food ready until 45 minutes after. Workers are too busy not doing anything to have this level of unfathomable customer service.

Horrible attitude

They opened at 10am I showed up at 1130am waited a few moments for someone to acknowledge me, I was asked if I had a mobile order and I did not, upon not having a mobile order she asked if I could give her some time because “they weren’t technically open yet” again they open at 10 it was 1130. Every time I go to to this location they make it almost impossible to order because they are always backed up. This occasion I didn’t get to order at all any other occasion it takes a half an hour to get my food.

It’s not the worker’s fault but they are super undermanned and it takes 1hr - 2 hr to get your food. But when you get the food it’s always good.

Terrible service, they don't know what they're doing. There was no one at the counter when I arrived. I ordered a sandwich with bacon and they brought it cold and without bacon.

had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. The customer service needs serious improvement. The employee with glasses seemed impatient and rushed me while ordering, which made the process uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff didn’t clearly call out or specify whose order was ready, which almost caused me to take the wrong food. Better communication and a more customer-friendly attitude would really improve the experience here.

Terrible customer service and they need to hire more people very understaffed.

Terrible wait time for customer service, no one stationed at register, instead having customers wait to take their orders. I got there at opening waiting an extra 10 minutes, and they still weren't open, or even bothered to take my order

The owner just replies with, “ Thank you for being a valued customer and for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to provide the best restaurant experience and are sorry to hear that your visit did not fully meet your expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.” To every poor rating and does nothing to better their store. SAD

I’ve eaten here frequently and they’ve had a couple minor hiccups, but the managers always made it right! Great store in great service

Title: Terrible Experience at Popeyes – Would Give Zero Stars if Possible

I recently visited Popeyes, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service was excruciatingly slow, making what should have been a quick stop feel like an endless wait. To make matters worse, they were constantly out of key menu items, which is baffling for a fast-food chain that should be prepared for customer demand.

The staff seemed completely indifferent to the situation, displaying a lack of care that was both frustrating and disappointing. Their apathetic attitude only made the already bad experience feel even worse. As if that wasn't enough, the food quality was abysmal—nowhere near the standard one would expect from a reputable establishment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Popeyes location has left me thoroughly unimpressed and unlikely to return. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to dine.

Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. They never have enough food to get them through the day and they stop cooking wayyyy before they close. Also they are horrible and managing their time. If you select a time on the app, it will not be ready when it says it will. I selected a time over an hour out and when I showed up it took them twenty minutes longer to get the food ready. The eating area is also a mess. It's split between other restaurants but the tables in from of those restaurants are clean and the ones in front of Popeyes are disgusting.
I don't know what is happening with their workers or management but they should probably figure out how to run a restaurant.
