The Chicken Hoagie is divine. I highly recommend the sandwich. Fresh baked bread and high quality ingredients.

The Gingerbread almond latte was okay, not sure which syrup it was but it overpowered the taste a bit. Still I recommend it to others!

Fantastic place and awesome staff. Can't wait to come back again.

I ordered the Lobster ravioli, which was an appetizer, for my dinner and a dinner sized portion was served. It was delicious and I devoured the whole dinner. Will come again when we are in the are.”

My Family and I have been going to Tahoe for all of our lives and somehow we have missed this A+ Chinese Restaurant.

We were in the mood to try something new, and we decided on Chinese food. After we did a search on google, Hunan Garden caught our eye. With a wide range of food from hearty soups to flavorful dishes of rice, orange chicken, chow mein, shrimp (tons of different variations) and the list goes on!

The service was absolutely amazing! We never had to ask for drink refills, our waiter was constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything.

From the time we placed our order to receiving the food was fast. When it comes to portion sizes Hunan Garden doesn’t hold back. We order a variety of things to try out. We are a family of 5 but when the food came, it look like they were serving an army ?. The food tastes as good as it looks. Everything was cooked to perfection!

You can tell the workers have a lot of pride in what they do. Waiters giving A+ service, the cooks making amazing dishes, and to the busser making sure the restaurant is spotless and it was!

“This place has a whole vegan section with lots of options. 3 different vegan meats, sour cream, and cheese. Very good, authentic, good service, and big portions.”

“This wonderful little place checks all the boxes. 1) The food is great and reasonably priced. Our party of four for lunch ordered two pizzas and one pasta and nobody left hungry. Everything we ordered was delicious and my companions were genuinely impressed. The pizza menu has some great offerings you don’t see too often outside Italy, including arugula and prosciutto atop pizza. The pasta and sauces are made in-house by the owner from northern Italy as well!! The beer and wine list is small, but well curated with something for everyone. Even the espresso exceeded my expectations. 2) The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even if you peek inside the open kitchen you’ll find everything clean, neat, and organized. 3) Most importantly, the staff, including the warm owners, are hospitable and welcoming. Everyone was kind and all of our needs were taken care of without our having to ask. A family with two younger children came in after us and they were given the same care and attention that we received. Our experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was top-notch and I can’t recommend the place enough.”

“I stopped in for a quick sub, and I was just AMAZED! The BEST SUB SANDWICH I’ve ever had anywhere! The bread is so tasty! The sandwich options and the many vegetable choices added to the high quality meats make this literally the best tasting sub I’ve ever had! This doesn’t taste like fast food. The big sub places and chains can’t hold a candle to this place! I’m here for 3 weeks and Ill probably eat lunch here every day! That good!”

“Best Bakery from the Nevada to South Lake Tahoe, and possibly all over Tahoe! Amazing family run bakery with quality savory and sweet treats! They also catered an amazing desert table this past weekend for a family event. My only complaint is the deserts were so good, they were completely gone by the end of the night and I wasn’t able to take any home. I guess my loss is everyone else’s gain.. next time I’m hiding some for myself.”
