A few times now I’ve had a pretty unsatisfying experience with this location. When I order in person, the employees cut me off every time I order. I have to tell them I want a topping so they don’t put too much ice cream in the bowl, but they barely let me finish talking before they say “anything else” or walk away and get started. To avoid this, I order online. A few of the toppings and ice creams we selected, were unavailable. When they called me to ask what else I wanted, their phone was so crackly I could hear one word for every 7 seconds of crackle. I told the employee I couldn’t hear them, and hung up. They attempted to call me back, but there was no use in answering. So I had to go the store to fix the issue in person. Dealing with the employees is what I was trying to avoid 🙄
