Mmmm... organ meat. They have it all. And I'm pretty sure that on the weekends you can have menudo especial, a customary dish from the kitchen of famous chefs from South of the border and beyond. I had the Al Pastor burrito and I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was intensely flavored. I’m not talking hot spicy, I’m talking a beautiful blend of seasoning in perfect balance that was powerfully tasty. The chef preparing these ingredients has some serious talent because this is not easy to do. A beautiful Mission style burrito. Compliments to the chef.
