Great food! Their Impossible Whopper is indistinguishable from their beef Whopper!
Ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets and recieved a hamburger. Other items ordered were also wrong. Very frustrating to get home and have the wrong food.
Worst customer service I've ever had. Drive thru had no personality, FOGOT to put my order in, I was told to park, 15 minutes later I go inside and they forgot my order AGAIN, the cooks then tell the manager they put it out over 10 minutes ago, she tries to hand me the old cold food and then tells at me "its not my fault we are busy and understaffed" when I said something. 3 cashier's, 3 cook's and 10 customers in 15 minutes is not understaffed and busy.
