Very bad experience. Server forgot some of the food I ordered. Paid no attention to us after taking our order and dropping our food off. Music blaring out of the jukebox, and the worst part of all… the old fat pitbull sitN on the floor near a table that is along the entry/exit, so no matter what, you have to pass by the dog. The dog was friendly but it terrified one little girl, she wouldnt pass by it. Her mom had to carry her as she was crying. Cmon man, thats just not ok and I thought there were health and safety laws for pets in a dang restaurant! This meathead dog roamed the restaurant eating whatever it could find under tables. It even came to my table and sniffed by my food on the table! Unbelievable. And then there is the server who was scratching and loving up the dog and then handling plates of food. Im glad i didn’t get sick. I’ll never go back to this Dennys. Sad.

This Denny's was up to the chain standard for four years, despite suffering from a high incidence of druggies using the bathrooms. But last week it fell off into Cafe Hell. The waitress was clearly loaded, yelling across the room four times to confirm my order. (Club sandwich w/o avocado, Diet Coke - no, NOT Zero, and fries. Every diner learned that corporate is pushing Zero.) The food was passable, but no one's best effort. No refill checkup, no to-go container checkup, no bill until I went to the register. Asked if I liked the Club, I said I'd missed the center toast. This was rewarded by a laugh, and a yell back to the cook that she'd finally found someone who wanted the extra carbs. I regretted my 25% sympathy tip.

Food was subpar and it honestly felt like there was a lack of care put into it. Service was great though waitress was friendly checked on us often. Restaurant was pretty dead so food quality couldn't be blamed on a rush. It was understandable they were out of a lot of items as the fair and mud bogs were happening this weekend. Don't really know if I will entertain the thought of returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

New menu is annoying--too much froo-froo descriptions of items. The food and service were fine. The building was a little tired, but that's okay the coffee was better than most Denny's coffee; it actually tasted like something.

It's an older restaurant and Need some TLCI was sat promptly and my server took my order. Prime rib was subsuted for (Can't rember) and the meal was very tasty. My only complaint, the server never came to check if my meal was satisfactory especially since there was a subsution.
Love the new cheesecake shake. Delicious love the helpful staff.

Always a fun time. Enjoy the waitresses who are lively and joke with you. Always have me locked down on my usual orders. I eat here on an average of 4-7 days a week and worth every penny.The new menu is great however the time-frame for meals is insulting to the Dennys name and the Mac&Cheese skillet is not of adequate size for its price, more mac&cheese is needed.The negatives of new menu have no reflection on the Ukiah Denny's as it is still my go to spot.

Staff catered to the loud obnoxious group, was rather rude to other guests, putting the group first slowed down the entire service. Kids being loud are one thing, they’re kids, adults screaming. Unacceptable

Location is massively understaffed. Be prepared to wait a long time for a table and an even longer time to get served. This location closes early sometimes because of the short-staffing without notice. Some people who came in during the posted open hours after us were very rudely told to go somewhere else.The waitress was very rude to some other customers at another booth. She was clearly overwhelmed and exhausted as if she had been working all day. Denny's ain't even a bargain anymore so you are probably better off going to other places in town.
