In the past I wouldn't have recommended Jack in the Box because of slow, sloppy service, but they have improved a lot lately. When I asked for Powerade, the woman who took my order was careful to give me all my options because they have a 100+ choices soda fountain machine. My onion rings were hot, crispy and delicious!
The lady Myra is very rude and argued with me . when I requested my money back for drinks that we didn’t order nor wanted she refunded me for only one ... I will be calling her manager . Even if she is a manager she needs to be reprimanded for bad customer service and fighting with a customer. She tried to humiliated me in front of other customers as well. No one should have to ask for money back for stuff I never received nor wanted. It wasn’t my fault they are not doing...read full review
It was Sunday morning. 4 people were working. Service was slow beyond belief. There was no excuse for the slow service. The food was fine. The service/management needs a major overhaul.
