Went through the drive thru and got a large fry and large tea. I handed the cashier a $5 bill and said i wanted the rest on the card. I looked at my statement and he charged the full amount on my card. He stole my $5 not going back there again

Rude. Staff does not want to fulfill happy meal toy requests for toddlers. They look at and talk to you like you're stupid. Also, ordered a qp cheeseburger with no pickles, got pickles.. I know it's not saying much, but you're usually better than the other Mcdonalds in Ukiah, but maybe I should try them again.. You guys are at least making $20 an hour now, can you at least cheer up a bit and be correct for once??

Had a bad experience with an employee there. He worked the drive thru as a cashier and was very rude. You could tell he didn’t want to be there. I believe his name was Chris. He had long black hair and had red highlights in his hair as well. When I went through the drive thru he was very rude. He didn’t have good customer service. Would recommend removing him from interacting with Customers. When I went through the drive thru he took my card and didn’t really want to talk to me. After giving me back my card he very rudely told me to have a good day and slammed the window. Would definitely recommend removing him from interacting with customers as he doesn’t have the skills to talk to people. Would recommend removing him unless you want to lose customers!
