Just had one of the best food truck experiences in California 🔥 The service was super fast and friendly—they really made you feel welcome from the moment you walked up. And the food? Honestly amazing. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. Definitely coming back again and recommending it to everyone I know
The combo quesabirria I had from the food truck was really good. The tacos were crispy on the outside with juicy, flavorful meat inside. Dipping them in the consommé made it even better and added a rich taste.
It was a little messy, but in a good way. Overall, it was filling, packed with flavor, and definitely something I’d get again.

Delicious best birria I’ve ever tasted in my life this birria is to die for I’ve been to many places in L.A, Sacramento,San Diego,salinas, there’s nothing like this, the flavor is just so pure and delicious I just can’t describe it definitely recommend to anyone interested on trying birria the service is amazing too, the location is usually at it’s very beautiful.
