Found a restaurant down 1 block from my work . The Lady was so polite and helpful . The food was So fresh and delicious as well. I don't think ill ever go to Panda Express because the food here is better that any place. Fresh and Very Fast Take out .My food was Ready in less than 10 Min.I'm In love with the The restaurant and the Owner.
Try the lunch specials and come back for dinner and sake. Mary, the nice old Chinese lady who runs the restaurant is very kind and attentive. The food is delicious, bathroom is clean, and there plenty of street parking around the corner.

Ordered $88 worth of Japanese food - two rolls, 4 nigiri pieces, one miso soup, and one cucumber salad. Thought for the price that it would be good sized portions, but it was tiny amounts! it was only enough for one person to be satisfied. And the quality wasn't even that good.
