Great service today from “Lala”. I asked for light ice but didn’t get light ice on my drinks. So I told her about it & she was very kind & profesional about it. She quickly fixed our drinks & gave us great customer services which is amazing because usually when this happens we get dirty looks from employees. But Lala was amazing! Employees should learn from her because this truly makes a big difference🥲

A typical Starbucks, I just have to say that I do not drink coffee. I only went there was for meetings or when a co-worker wanted to go. This time I got a hot chocolate, I didn't like it, but drank it because it was like $4.50 for a small. I'll stick to making it from home. None of the people smile there, I guess they would if you tip them.

The barista, Julissa, was very rude and unwelcoming. When my drink was made wrong I had asked her to remake it and was only met with attitude. I eventually did get my drink remade by a different barista after she made me go back through the line and ignored me when I had asked her for help again.
