The manager is unprofessional. He was reprimanding one of his employees, and everyone here eating could hear his lack of professionalism. The way he spoke to the employee was unprofessional because he treated him like he had problems, saying he'd helped him a lot and that he'd wasted it all. I understand his frustration, but the way he did it wasn't professional. It should have been done somewhere where no one could hear.
