Five start rating to Jasmine , the hostess at Kabila , Union City.
Hi , we happened to visit Kabila in San Ramon for dinner with friends yesterday and am compelled to share the experience . While the ambience and the food was good the service was pathetic … even a glass of warm water took 45 minutes to be served … the icing on the cake was vegetarian mushroom curry being served with chunks of chicken ( all guests were vegetarian and was specially said no meats ) . First with behavior. They shouldn't be rude to customers, particularly during this pandemic. There are thousands of restaurants who are looking for business. Instead going Kabila Cuisine of India at Union City, we can go elsewhere.

Kabila is a popular Indian restaurant that serves delicious and affordable food. The restaurant is known for its delectable butter chicken and garlic naan, which are customer favorites. The staff is generally helpful, though some customers have reported slow service and issues with cleanliness. The restaurant offers a sumptuous buffet for lunch, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of dishes at a reasonable price. The ambiance is average, but the high-quality food and desserts, including the tasty gulab jamun and aromatic chai, make up for it. The restaurant is praised for its excellent customer service, with the hostess Jasmine providing courteous and helpful assistance, even understanding the needs of customers with special requirements. However, some customers have reported that the food can be oily and the buffet pricing may not align with the advertised information. Overall, Kabila is a recommended spot for those seeking a satisfying and affordable Indian dining experience, though guests should be mindful of potential inconsistencies in service and pricing.
