Rose Garden has been a family favorite for decades, but something has gone terribly wrong here during the pandemic. We ordered a large dinner to go. Their Honey Walnut Prawns were great. Other dishes that made Rose Garden famous, however, were nowhere near their normal quality. The Chinese Chicken Salad was wilted and mushy. The most terrible of all, however, was the Kung Pao Shrimp.
