This is actually so good! Will get it again!
Got us the wrong order but when we asked they changed it for us. The ice cream itself was okayish. Pretty small quantity too.

Waiting minutes for a staff member to figure out which toppings are gluten free… apparently NONE of them. Only plain ice cream. Who puts gluten in chocolate sauce 🙄 How hard is it to have a list by the counter, or a poster in window, or even put the allergens on the website.
This place is located in universal Hollywood at the entrance of Springfield. There is a line when we went to this store and Service was average. Tried banana sundae and chocolate ice cream. Both tasted good. As expected the prices are high given the location.

Expensive and not many options. Slow line because the staff do not even know what they are selling. There are not even 10 different items... They totally ruined my day at the park. Horrible horrible experience.

Bad experience. They charge us full money but we dont have microwave in our room. Unprofessional. Dirty rooms not a good service.
