“Just got cinnamon bites and garlic sourdough from my fave: Wetzels! They have the cutest store, and the pretzels are always crispy on the outside but warm n gooey on the inside. I also like how helpful the staff were, they rang us up in no time at all and promptly brought us our food plus the sides of garlic butter we requested. Price is right for what you get although sometimes I do prefer Auntie Ann's for the selection/quality.“

“Amazing coffee and wonderful service at this hidden gem of a coffee bar. The barista was very attentive, and the outdoor seating makes it a peaceful spot to relax with a friend or get some work done on a laptop. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I’ll definitely be back for the great vibes!“

“Great cafe! They have solid drink options and the sweet potato cheese pretzel thing is insanely good. The vibe is very peaceful. The only issue is the WiFi is really bad; I think maybe the cafe is in some sort of cell service dead zone because even trying to use the internet in other ways (like cellular data/hotspot) is also tough. Otherwise it would be a perfect place to come take your laptop and get work done. It’s still a nice place to sit and read or write since it is quiet and cozy.“

“Doubled charged me same day. Stated it would take 2 days until it returned to my bank...it did not, now i have to file for a fraud on monday. Very upset. Tried calling them and they hung up on me multiple times.Update: was emailed and error was corrected. Thank you for fixing the error. Switched to 4 stars. I know errors can be made but wad made difficult due to phone calls not being answered.“

My son and I have had them across the country, at crypto arena and elsewhere. For some reason these were perfectly baked, buttered and salted. It’s just a pretzel, right?! Yeah. But these were the best we’ve ever had. I don’t know why. It wasn’t the added ambiance of an empty mall. I dunno… I can’t explain why.“

“The service was excellent. I ordered a pretzel without butter (I can’t have dairy) which they had to custom make, so it was a bit of a wait. They burned my pretzel in the oven so they had to remake it, and they offered me a free drink to sip on while I wait to make up for the inconvenience. They also offered me sauces to go with my pretzel once it was finally done. Unfortunately, the remade pretzel still tasted burnt, so I went back to try to get a refund. I was expecting to have to argue with them but they immediately agreed to refund it. Although the service was great, I probably wouldn’t come here again because of the burnt-tasting food — I’ll keep sticking to Wetzel’s Pretzels!“

“The food smells delicious, but that had to be the neighboring store, as this one practically had anything made.I think this store is too small when many people are inside and may need additional staffing support from my experience of waiting.Next door, Cinnabon is keeping things much smoother for customers so maybe there is an opportunity here for them to be cross-trained to support a busy rush hour.“
