I do not recommend this Burger King on Mountain Ave in Upland!! I waited 10 min to order my food in the drive thru, order was incorrect, the bacon burger literally has 1/2 a slice of Bacon on it they forgot my 2 tacos, and buns were hard... so angry they don't care I'm tired of paying high prices for some terrible food or service. I wish people cared about their job and the customer. Its sad it was never like this years ago. It really bothers me .. ughhhh 😭😭😭😭
I came through the drive thru today.. only 2 cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes. then I get home it was supposed to be a DOUBLE sourdough king without cheese, well it was only a single but I was charged.. I took pictures of receipt and burger with only one patty!! grrrr
There hasn't been decent a/c in this place for at least five years. The poor staff must be feeling like they're in a sweat shop. I know I do when I'm in there. I definitely tell people to use the drive thru. I've complained to corporate many times and nothings ever done. Have it your way......Only if you're a lizard
