Not much to say about this place a little overpriced no atmosphere what so ever. Have had the French Toast delivered in the past but was underwhelmed this time with whole experience. French toast was dry and the strawberries were not fresh like they have been in the past.

Returning customer for their breakfast. Really good quality food, environment is calm cafe style. Only downside is staff has been consistently quiet, not rude but barely pays attention to you. Other than that, good location to try!

I'd like to compliment you on the delicious food and the excellent service. Everything was magnificent. As a point of constructive feedback, I found the coffee to be quite bitter. I would suggest that servicing the coffee machine might resolve this minor issue. Otherwise, the experience was perfect.

The food was pretty good, the drinks were just terrible though. I got a large London fog and only 1 tea bag was put in. 1 teabag is usually for 8oz of liquid, a large cup was 12-16 oz so I couldn’t even taste the tea. It just tasted like hot water and milk. My partner got a large latte that tasted the same, pretty much no coffee, just hot water and milk. Even though the food was pretty good, we will not come back just for how terrible the drinks were.

I love the food here and most of the people that work here are very friendly. However I went today at 12:45 7/23 and the girl at the register really rubs me the wrong way. So today she took my order then proceeded to make my latte and then she put it on the counter and didn’t say anything.. I was talking to the person I was with when I noticed a drink on the counter, so I assumed it was mine but went to ask her just to be sure seeing I wasn’t the only person. In the cafe. It was ! I also went there last week, We ordered food and got it, I went back up to ask for something, the same girl was behind the counter. She looked at me as I stood there , she said nothing to me and then proceeded to be on her cell phone and talk to her co worker who was making drinks at the time. This girl needs a refresher on how to treat customers, she is in customer service and all. Believe me I know I did customer service in my younger years it’s not the best thing if you’re not a people person but it is what it is. Be better!

Filipino run bakery provides charming atmosphere and stellar hospitality. We enjoyed the American classic comfort foods and modern Asian fusion. We’ll be returning to try ube pancakes.
First time ever trying Butter, but I must add that service 10/10 exceeded my expectations. It was my first time hosting such a large party and the food orders got messy, Destinee(?) was absolutely amazing on the calls and even more helpful in person! She was so patient, and was accommodating to the unique orders/dietary restrictions and I really appreciate how all the food was labeled. My guests were so happy and excited to go to the restaurant in person. When I went to pick up, plenty of parking and this place had a line out the door. I can guarantee you it is definitely WORTH the wait! we tried the french toast, the breakfast burrito, the smash burger, everything was so tasty. The ube was a very popular item at my party. Excited to go back in person and dine there as the ambiance and vibes are very chill. The staff all looked happy and the patrons too. I can tell this is a very family oriented/mom and pop shop. Love it and thank you again Butter! Will be back... soon!!! :)

I love this place. The place itself is amazing—the pastries are great, it’s clean, and the ambiance is lovely. However, if they improved the coffee, it would definitely be a 6-star spot 🥰. They have everything. But not an amazing coffee. I always order Lattes but they are not well done. 😅 there’s always space to improve 😊
