I'd like to compliment you on the delicious food and the excellent service. Everything was magnificent. As a point of constructive feedback, I found the coffee to be quite bitter. I would suggest that servicing the coffee machine might resolve this minor issue. Otherwise, the experience was perfect.
The food was pretty good, the drinks were just terrible though. I got a large London fog and only 1 tea bag was put in. 1 teabag is usually for 8oz of liquid, a large cup was 12-16 oz so I couldn’t even taste the tea. It just tasted like hot water and milk. My partner got a large latte that tasted the same, pretty much no coffee, just hot water and milk. Even though the food was pretty good, we will not come back just for how terrible the drinks were.
I love the food here and most of the people that work here are very friendly. However I went today at 12:45 7/23 and the girl at the register really rubs me the wrong way. So today she took my order then proceeded to make my latte and then she put it on the counter and didn’t say anything.. I was talking to the person I was with when I noticed a drink on the counter, so I assumed it was mine but went to ask her just to be sure seeing I wasn’t the only person. In the cafe....
