Our favorite 🍪 cookies! We often go to this store because we live very close by. Today, being in that mall, we noticed the cookies, so we did not hesitate to go and what would be our surprise that the employees behaved very badly, they responded angrily, we were the first in the store, more people arrived and they told us that we had to go out and make a line and when they were there, they said they only had 8 cookies for the first 8 people. I will not go to that store anymore. 🤷♀️😡
Two guys working here with zero customer service skills. Made me wait 15 minutes unnecessarily just because they refused to greet me as a customer. Wont return.
