I enjoy their chocolate and brownie gelato choices. Hits the spot. Friendly fast service and the place is nice to sit around, hardly crowded.

I'm not sure what happened to Golden Spoon but won't be going back.. Half the machines were down and the yogart they did offer was icy.. It use to be so good! Prices are ridiculous!!! $2.75 for one topping..Very disappointed

I love this place! The yogurt is delicious! Anthony, who helped my daughter and I was wonderful. He was helpful and friendly. Whenever I'm in Upland I come by for a quart to take home. Yummy!!

Drove here from Riverside to have their delicious peanut butter yogurt since the Riverside location closed (OOB). They were out of this and another flavor. It was 12:30, just after noon, and the place was dead. Any wonder why so many locations close?!

I live over an hour away and it’s my favorite yogurt. We were in town visiting family and swung by on the way home at 8:53 (they close at 9). The door was locked and the employee wouldn’t let me in :( so so sad and disappointed.

What happened to this place? They always had great frozen yogurt . Variety of flavors. Quality is not the same. Third time I've been, and my yogurt is melting before he hands it to me! Also noticed they received a B from inspection NOT surprised. Don't think I'll be back. I do not recommend this place. Such a bummer it was my favorite frozen yogurt and the only one I'd go to.

Way overpriced and the prices are confusing for toppings. Very misleading. Seating is extremely limited. There are better deals elsewhere when it comes to yogurt.

I went to golden spoon the other night and Parker was a very respectful young man. I very much appreciated his customer service which a lot of young people lack these days. -Rachel White

Young man named Joey helped me out. The ice cream he gave me was so creamy and delicious. He prepared it with love and compassion, I could tell he truly cares about what he does. The passion in his eyes was enough for my heart to melt. My experience here was really life changing, I can for ice cream but left with sometime much more. Thank you Joey, you really helped me come out of a dark place of my life. I don't know what I would have done with out you. Ambiance was fantastic too!

I was happy to see that there was still a Golden Spoon in the area! Personally, I used to like it better than any of the local competitors, so I couldn't wait to have it again. Although the yogurt was delicious, sadly, I won't be back here. As my teenage daughter and I were looking at the choices, the female employee comes from the back and the first thing she says is, "We don't have cake batter or caramel." Fine, nbd....she stands there, completely stoic and staring right at us. I place my order first and ask for Fruity Pebbles as one of my toppings. She begins to serve my cup and I don't pay attention, because I don't like being stared at while I'm working, so why would anybody else? It isn't until she's halfway done that I realize she's putting sprinkles instead of fruity pebbles. I politely corrected her and told her that I said Fruity Pebbles, not sprinkles. She stops, gives me a dead glare, proceeds to put the cup down, while still glaring at me as if I was deliberately making her change the order. I looked back at her because I could not believe she was doing this. I actually had to refrain from laughing because I was in such disbelief. My daughter puts in her order and the employee fills it, hands her the cup and rings us up. No thank you or anything of the sort. I get that while at work, we sometimes don't want to deal with the public, the public can really suck at times. However, there was absolutely no reason for that behavior. Making customers feel uncomfortable and like you're working for free is a big no. Hopefully this gal can resolve whatever is going on so no one ever has to experience that again.

Horrible ice cream experience. The ice cream was all our hands walking out of the store. I got 3 toppings and felt like I was hunting for toppings because they hardly put any. I used to love this place. I am very disappointed. Never coming here again.
