Terrible experience. Never come back. The waitress has very bad service. I went in ready to order a big meal. But the waitress was rolling her eyes and look down on me when I asked questions on menu about sashimi. So I decided just go for a beef teriyaki. The beef is raw inside but over burned outside. The burned tastes bitter so I only eat the not so burned side. I also waited for long to get check.

Hours are not correct on yelp. Please update the hours. Very disappointing. I haven't been there in a while and wanted to see if maybe it got better, guess not.

Suburban sushi is a highly accurate description of Kuma. My friend and I shared the following: -albacore sashimi -salmon skin roll ($6.00) -a specialty roll -tempura soba ($13.50) We ordered a specialty roll - a spicy tuna roll topped with seared albacore with Cajun seasoning. Well my friends, I did not love the Cajun twist. It does not go hand in hand with sushi. My bad for not recognizing this sooner. What I found the most offsetting about the rolls was the inclusion of pickled carrots - the kind you find in kimpab. While they're minuscule in size, they're big in flavor and the taste is dramatically changed. Yikes. Soba noodles were good - good variety in the vegetable medley. Everything else was very mid.

Sushi great as always. Server is very condescending and entitled. We were at the sushi bar and asked twice for things and got a roll of the eyes and never received what we asked for. We were the only one at the bar and 3 tables were sat. We have had the same horrible service from the same waitress many times.Gonna find another spot.

This is our go to sushi spot. The rainbow carpaccio is the BEST and they recently added it as a roll too, such a hard decision to decide which one to get! The service is always great and on lazy nights it our favorite for take out.

This place is waayyy over priced for what you get. We placed a to-go order of 1 spicy tuna roll 7.95, very small, the pieces are barely 1 in and the whole roll was maybe 6 in long, 911 roll 14.95 and 1 snow crab hand roll 8.95. The hand roll is 2 bites, very small. We are incredibly disappointed with this place and will not go back. Not enough for 2 people and we're headed out to in n out!

We have been here a few times and after the last time will not be returning. We came here to eat on a weekday, it was more crowded than usual so I expected a slightly longer wait time, but not the two hours we were there. We ordered immediately and about 45 min-1 hour later, the server asked us what we ordered and obviously forgot to put in our food. We sat another 35-45 mins after that before we got our food. Others around us who ordered after got their food before us. Very poor customer service. Also our order was wrong when we finally received it.

Good food especially for those who eat fish. Not so good for vegetarians. The veggie roll was good. The bento Box lunch was generously proportioned and tasty. The vegetable tempura was expertly fried, and the beans and carrots were especially tasty. All was good, although the salad had way too much stressing.
