“I’ve been going to Thai Family Sistets for over a year now. The food is always delicious and they have amazing lunch specials. I managed to convert my sister to this local spot after she tried their Tom Yum. I’ve been a fan of their Tom Kha, so deliciously spicy but also creamy.“

“I’m a student at Cal Poly Pomona, and our club often hosts Chinese cultural events. For our Mid-Autumn Festival celebration, we got food from Miss Sichuan — it came out super fast and was sooo good! Everyone loved it 😋 Definitely ordering from them again!“

“Their dumplings are so flavorful and their prices are so affordable! I always order the pork xiao long baos and also recommend the pan fried pork dumplings, any of the wonton dishes, and the cucumber salad! Out of their dessert buns I like their sesame buns the best, then the sweet custard, then the red bean. I don't order them as much because I get too full on savory dumplings, but really recommend getting them if you have room.

They usually don't have any music playing, but the foos comes out so fast that I don't mind the silence in the restaurant, which is only the case when no other patrons are seated.

Xiao Long Bao - so juicy, so flavorful, perfect amount of filling. I love these so much and they are definitely my favorite dish from here! 10/10

Pan Fried Pork Dumplings - very juicy for a pan fried dumpling, but somehow still so crispy! 9.5/10

Wonton Soup - I prefer their wonton soup over their spicy ones because it's much more flavorful with the broth! 9/10

Dan Dan Noodles - so flavorful, packed with meat, great sharing dish! I always order it if I'm eating with 3+ others 9/10

Cucumber Salad - Love how the cucumbers aren't too vinegar tasting as I don't enjoy pickle flavors much, but definitely add some soy sauce and chili oil to make the dish even tastier 8.5/10

Spicy Wontons - I wish there was more flavor added than just spicy for their spicy wontons, and their not as spicy as I would like 8/10“

“Ive been to quite a few places for pho, and this has to be my favorite place to go. Its fair priced, very flavorful without any dressing. They use the freshest ingredients EVERYTIME. “This is a gem, my 2nd time around and just as the first the service was on point the food was fresh and very delicious. I wish I would've took some pics but I was just having a great time with my family, we had spice beef noodle soup, shrimp fried rice, chicken chow mein, steamed pork dumplings, steam pork buns and sauted green beans. “We’ve been coming here since their soft opening and it has quickly become a family staple. We are always greeted when we walk in, and the owner always manages to stop and say hello. The xiao long bao and chili oil wontons are a must try, but they have so many other dishes to offer. Not to mention, the portion sizes are enough to enjoy with your group. I love that my kids love it. If you’re ever wanting to try somewhere new, I definitely recommend going. They have a customer for life! 😊“

“Our Boss buys lunch for our monthly goal met. And this month he had the opportunity to try Soonheene. Highly recommend their Rice water is tasty and perfect sweetness. Like a verson of Horchata without the dairy. Thier chicken was super crispy as it should be n very flavored. Will definitely come with Family“

“Wow! We came here to check out the ramen wall but ended up getting some bowls off the main menu instead. Tried the beef bowl and the wing bowl with spicy noodle and lemon pepper wings -- the rice was perfectly cooked and the meats and noodles where incredible. The servings are very generous as well, we both left stuffed.

The wait wasn't too bad considering everything was cooked fresh but apparently there's an order ahead option if you don't want to wait as long. They were playing good music and the noise level was such that we could hear each other but didn't feel like everyone was listening to our conversation.“

“Good experience! Our server, Ling, was absolutely fantastic. We tried the house fried rice, which was decent, though I've had better. A highlight was when our waitress got permission for us to try the Asian sausage—she called it an 'explosion in your mouth,' and it really was delicious! Plus, they're running an anniversary promotion right now. Try them out. You might have stumbled upon a new fav. I love the bathroom sink and want one for my own home. 👍🏾🫶🏾👏🏾😋“

“Recently this place has become my hidden gem. I am absolutely obsessed with this little restaurant nestled in downtown La Verne. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the owners are criminally under charging for their generous portions and delicious food. However, I think im most impressed about how much the owners care for their customers. My sister and I went to get coffee from nambah, and we came back to wait for our food. The owner saw that we had our drinks and without even asking, included coffee biscuits/cookies in our bag to enjoy with our beverages. My sister and I were absolutely baffled at the generosity because this is the type of treatment you’d see in places abroad. But we felt totally welcomed, cared after, and most importantly viewed as people rather than customers. I have been going here once or twice a week for the past 2 months and they haven’t failed me once.“

“Marugame Udon in Chino Hills is such a comforting spot; especially on a cold, rainy day. Their udon soups are absolutely delicious, warm, and full of flavor. You can really taste the freshness in every bowl.

As a first-time visitor though, I will say the ordering process was a little confusing. A clearer sign or simple explanation for newcomers would go a long way. The layout of the tables also feels a bit uninviting and could definitely be improved to make the dining experience more comfortable.

With that said, the staff truly made up for it. Everyone was warm, kind, and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciated. Overall, great food and great people; just a little room for improvement in the flow and layout. I’ll still be back for that amazing udon! 🍜“

“This place is so different, hosting a truly fun and vibrant atmosphere. The food is excellent, and I love their bahn mi, shrimp and pork spring rolls, and vermicelli noodles. It is truly such delicious place that I DoorDash it sometimes! The picture is of a specific kind of vermicelli noodle that I’ve never had before but it was absolutely scrumptious!“

“This is located at the Montclair Mall. I have been eating here for years, since they had a location on Monte Vista. I have several favorites. In no particular order: mint leaf chicken, drunken noodles, garlic noodles, lemongrass pork. Their drinks can't be beat. I like the Bruce lychee.

I concede that the food can be a little greasy at times. They use oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together in the wok.

“The food is okay. Could be better. We had Nasi Ayam Bakar and Nasi Iga Bakar and an Es Doger. I was actually disappointed for Iga Bakar for over $20.00 the beef rib meat really hard and dry. The grilled chicken softer and fell off the bone. Their small grocery store is what we came for.“

“We always come here! I recommend the Orange Peel chicken. Fast service and fresh food. They always make the food when you order and use everything fresh. I haven't had a bad experience here at all and the food is always top notch. Definitely a common spot for me and my family.“

“Broth in pho was very rich in flavor by far, compared to the other pho restaurants I frequent. Sister and mom also found it to be very flavorful, mom often doesn't engorge herself when we go to the others for their soups, but she finished the one here.“

“The flavors are undeniably tasty, and the dishes capture the essence of Thai cuisine. However, I found the portion sizes a bit underwhelming, and the Pad See Ew was on the oily side, at least in my opinion. That said, if you’re craving Thai food and looking for bold flavors, it’s worth giving it a try!“

“I've had this a few times here, perfect for late flights when everything is closed. Hell I like it better than the other restaurants in this terminal. They hid it in the corner near gate 401 as of Jan 2023, but that won't stop me. You have to get resourceful with the utensils though since they removed the little tray of them it had nearby.“
