My family went to the Upland, CA location for a take-out dinner order 30 mins before closing and we were absolutely not happy with the service there. The lady serving us first didn’t bother to bring more pesto sauce when it was almost over from the bottle but insisted on using only a little sauce over the 3 pizzas we bought. Next, she left most of the outer portion of the pizza empty without any veggies. When the empty space along pizza borders was brought to notice, and we requested to put more veggies near to the border, she seemed irritated, took two spinach leaves to cover one small portion of the pizza which was clearly/vividly not sufficient coverage. Then the lady didn’t even bother to ask if it was okay now, was simply rude, made a face and turned to continue with her work. Worst customer service experience ever. Would not recommend going here. Only wish I saw her name so as to include it in this post.
Attaching photos of one of the pizzas so you can take a look for yourself - 1: ready pizza with no veggies at the borders (after 2 spinach leaves put at 10 o’clock)
2: the amount of pizza base crust borders left that did not have any veggies

Terrible customer service. Definitely taking my business somewhere else.

Pieology used to be great but lately they counted how many pieces of tiny sausages they place. The sauce before the toppings it's a joke because the brush doesn't leave much and be careful asking for more😆 because extra $ so it came out dry. Overall experience was not great, now its overpriced like flour tortilla with a few toppings. You get yourself a domino's 2 toppings med pizza for $7 when you buy 2 and you will be super satisfied. I like alfredo sauce on my pizza so I do it with pizza almost everywhere I order pizza.

We went up and asked for Alfredo pizza and asked for some extra sauce and the lady was rude and said “we have certain portions” and we said ok well we would like some more and she barely added any more and charged us extra. The service is not very good.

It is hard for me to eat or find Pizza I can eat without getting sick, but I was okay for the most part after eating here. I thought the pizza was decent, it has pretty good flavor, but it was the service that made it so-so to me. No one was rude per sey, but I guess the employees could have been a little more friendly. I don't know if I would come back to this specific location, but I believe I would try another location and compare.
If you're vegan, than there is something for you, I am just not a fan of Daiya cheeze, but again, the pizza was good. The salad with the raspberry vinegarette was pretty good as well.

I haven't had one since the location in Rancho was closed. I loved how back in the days we used to add lots of lots of veggies, , cheese and more. But today my pizza didn't taste the same. And the prices on the pizza went up. But I still choose

We are disappointed they closed down the location near to our house, we now have to drive 20 minutes to another location, well, the pizza still is good but on the early days of Pieology, they used to add more of the ingredients, now, they have a more strict policy or at least that is what they act like.
Not very cheap either, I notice the competition is always busier, people are leaving this place for others.
Thank you for reading my review.

Think Subway, but with Pizza - build-your-own Pizza!

The pizzas come out perfect. Perfect size, perfect toppings, perfect crust, etc.
(Size is important because there is a kid's pizza that's perfect size for them too!)

The canzone is just as good as the pizza!

The atmosphere feels... mixed.
The restaurant feels inviting because you can see them cooking the pizzas in an ENORMOUS oven; the flames can be seen from the parking lot!
But then the tvs are mostly kid's shows/shorts. The seating feels like a fast-food more than a sit-down restaurant. And then the people that come are the type you'd see at Walmart. This place COULD be trendy (like Crumbl Cookie next door) but the seating area doesn't fit with the massive oven vibe. The walls of the restaurant are the same classic color any regular fast food place has; it needs a little PERSONALITY in the interior design.

Ok pizza but I got home to see they took a slice? Not cool. Would have liked to go back but I'd rather go anywhere else that gives you your whole pie.
