On Friday October 29, 2021, at approximately 8:30 PM, my daughter and I visited the Popeyes Chicken Restaurant located at 1620 W Foothill Blvd, Upland, CA 91786. We began to enter the drive thru and saw it was blocked off with cones. The sign was not lit, but there was a sign on the board that read “Due to corporate shortages some favorites may be out.
