We held a menu tasting and consumer feedback session at Foothill Kitchens. The owners, kitchen facilities, dining room and support for the entire event went about and beyond expectation. The owners are so helpful and great to work with. We are a restaurant brand from Europe that is launching in the U.S. This step for us was critical in locking down our menu offering. I work out of this kitchen for my business and so far it has been an absolute great experience. The kitchen itself is very spacious with plenty of room for prepping. I have access to convection ovens, stove tops, flat grills, a walk in fridge, dry storage, dish machine, and many essential items like pots and pans, sheet pans, and mixing bowls.
