Came in 5/26 around noon and had the worst experience! The cashier seemed like she didn't wana be there! I was ordering my drinks and the whole time she had a straight face, no smile! No greeting either! And midway ordering she would turn to the girl making drinks and giggle and laugh. It was so rude! They all looked very young! If you hate your job don't work there!! Sylvia or Tyrone please look into this.

Employees at this location definitely need way more training when it comes to being polite to customer .

Came on a Saturday and the Baristas looked so upset and unhappy. The greeting was "Sorry it's going to be a while I have a lot of cups to make". The one making the drinks, she was short, had a look of I don't want to be bothered. You don't have to smile all the time but don't carry a "Don't bother Me look!" either. Yes the wait was long, but had the greeting been with a smile the experience would not have been so bad.

Went to my first official Starbucks cup release and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. I've heard such horror stories from other establishments that i was prepared for the worst. I arrived with a line in front of the target store and patiently waited with everyone else and they kept us updated on quantities in case we were waiting for specific items. They let a few in at a time to help control the numbers in the store and it all went so smoothly. The employees were all so helpful with my questions and so friendly for an early morning. Overall a pleasant experience and will continue to support this location. Thank you

Sad Target Starbucks in this block of the huge Colonies shopping center. Normally a Target Starbucks is an automatic one star but they actually closed the stand alone location down the way and there simply not many places to grab a good cup coffee out here on the 210.Parking: Huge Colonies shopping center parking lot.

She has customer service, She is personable and pleasant offering suggestions to enhance the flavor of your purchase and engaging in light conversation. It wasn't just a one-time experience. I saw her offer the same kind service to other patrons. I would drive out of my way to visit this Starbucks to get that kind of thoughtful service.

The short girl with a bunch of tattoos is rude. Went in 8/31 around 11 am and she practically screamed at me what size. I have hearing problems is that how she is with all ADA? I feel bad for people she mistreats. I’m a lip reader so it’s hard for me to hear sometimes I have to hear and read lips. I don’t appreciate her screaming at me
