Great baristas at our Starbucks in Albertsons in Upland. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and there are several other baristas that are so nice and always know my order.

I love coming to this Starbucks!! Everyone here is super friendly and very attentive!! Debby has been here for as long as I've been coming here and she's super nice and friendly and she always makes my coffee exactly the way I want it!

The coffee shop is located in a great spot, and the atmosphere is really inviting. The coffee is delicious, and the service is top-notch. I would definitely come back here again.

honestly the worst starbucks experience I think I've ever had. There was no one when I got in line, however there were two workers just chatting with each other while pretending to be "busy". I waiting in line giving them the benefit of the doubt but when i overheard one of the girls saying that they wanted to make a drink for another coworker i walked away. I was making eye contact with one of the girls for a least 20 seconds at one point but they just blatantly ignored myself and the person that got in line after me. I have been working in food for years and this is 100% a leadership and lack of care for their work environment.

I go here about every day since its so much easier for me and normally I get great service. But today was completely different. There were two girls working and I understand the young girl was busy making drinks but this other girl looked at me and tried to make herself look busy. she had me wait OVER 10 MINUTES when there was no one in line but ME. It was not busy at all. Ive never had to wait this long even when theres a line. I understand the customer isnt always right but to have to wait 10 minutes while she's just standing there is ridiculous

Sad Albertsons Starbucks in one of the Colonies shopping center blocks of stores. Strangely Starbucks kept this and the Target Starbucks across the street open but closed the stand alone Starbucks nearby. Curious. Still, slim pickings out here for coffee so an extra star for what is qualitatively a one star Starbucks experience.

I love love ❤️ this Starbucks!! But Managers: please train your folks that using the shaker cup when making a refresher is part of the recipe and should not have to be asked to be done

The barista who took our order was rushing is through. We ordered a coffee cake along with the coffee and received it heated when we didn't ask for it heated. The barista who prepared our coffee did not place the lid properly, so when I reached for it, it obviously spilled, right in front of the barista. No apology and no offer to remake or even something to clean up with. Definitely will not be coming back.

Its not real starbucks its contract place starbucks!! Albertson Employee make coffee... USING Starbucks mark and containers but cofee and drink tasge horrible price is same as starbucks... If you have time go cross the road who carry real starbucks!!
Your employees sell to who they want and hold inventory for resellers not fair for the rest or they say they have a limit and sell 24 limited cups to 1 person
