can we agree only dumb high schoolers work at this location? all the employees are on the slower side, but todays incident leads me to write a review. two younger kids are working, as my boyfriend & I come in to pick up an online order. We proceed to tell them the name & they tell us it's still gonna be 10 minutes. That's fine with us due to there only being two employees there so we walk around Albertsons and go back and sit on the bench. The guy is taking orders, and eventually looks at us and mumbles something about doordash and someone named Jose and ranch. I tell him the name is BRIAN ? he said so confidently "there's no Ryan" we said Brian and he goes to look at the orders and says there's no brian like why the fuck did you say 10 minutes then ? anyways you're better off driving the extra 10 minutes to the location on mountain.

HORRIBLE wings. Just ordered lunch from here. Specifically, I ordered regular hot wings and the wings came with no sauce, the wings were wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overcooked, and had no flavor at all. As someone who has worked as a chef for the last 20 years of my life, I know what I am talking about. These were the most horrible wings I have ever eaten.

Ordered here a couple times but this will be the last. Placed an order with 2 orders of the boneless meal deal, which comes with 20 wings, 1fry and 2 sauces. We ordered 2 of those. We pick up our order, food is cold, a set of fries is missing and no side sauces. So we go back inside and nicely ask for them as we should have received 4 for 40 wings, the manager I guess asked for the receipt and said "It really depends" wym depends, you think we'd lie to wipe out your sauces? Idk why it's so hard to get what you pay for. In the end we were only given two sauces, and the chicken tasted off. You're better off going to the location on Archibald. They're definitely more friendly & on top of things.

We waited 50 min for our order. The wait was ridiculous. We noticed several people who ordered after us receiving their orders as well. We were so excited for this new wing stop but it was so disappointing I doubt we will be back.

Good food, but why don't any of your workers wear gloves. Seems a little gross to use things like the register then handle the raw chicken right after with your bare hands. Seeing the workers touch everything and the food without gloves was a bit weird. Especially with everyone getting sick lately.

I Showed up a little before the Estimated time, the lady said they were just waiting for fries for my order. I ended up waiting 25 mins and watching them complete walk up orders that showed up after me. To top it off all the mango habanero and a handful of the other wings were under cooked. Overall pretty bad experience probably won’t be going to this location anymore.

I know that the kitchen work is very hard and this new place has a character who really doesn't rush to serve very slowly and online orders take a long time to be dispatched. It takes more than 15 minutes to wait for the order when it was ordered more than 20 minutes before going to pick it up. That's why I put this rating.

For a brand new location the service is slow, workers would rather talk than take an order or give a person his take out, literally waited for over 1 hr for an order that was marked as ready. If you want to waste time go to the freeway and drive to LA

Great service! The cashier was friendly and made sure I felt welcomed. Everyone is friendly actually. Another gentleman came out to give me my order within 2 mins of arriving. I like this Wingstop compared to others. I think I'll be ordering from here from now on.

It's been a long time since I've received such great Customer Service and Good Food from a Wingstop in my area. The other 2 off Archibald and Mountain have gone down the drain so this was refreshing. 1. Called to place an order and the young man who answered had such great customer service I thought I was making reservations at a 5 star restaurant. 2. The place is really clean and they greet you soon as you walk in. These kids are hustling too didn't take long at all. Food was fresh 3. It was all cooked perfect which usually they are either undercooked or over cooked Overall it was a Great First experience, super happy they are around the block. Keep up the Good Work cause your now my favorite

This is a fairly new location and I stopped in and was promptly greeted. I placed my order and the food came out delicious and fresh! Everyone was very friendly and I can say this is probably the best wingstop I've been to.

Elias is manager or owner and is running a good business. He is friendly and professional and involved in making sure orders are processed accurately and timely. Restaurant is clean and food is very tasty. Come in and try for yourself! Note food is made fresh so there could be a little wait but getting fresh, warm and tasty food is worth it .
